Biography

Knoxville Optometrist Steven Elliott earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 1996, and his doctorate from the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis in 2002. Dr. Elliott completed externship rotations at the James H. Quillen Veterans Administration Hospital in Johnson City, as well as with a private practice in Athens, Tennessee.

 

A native of Anderson County, Dr. Steven Elliott has been in private practice in Anderson County since 2002 and Knox County since 2004. Dr. Steven Elliott is the founder and president of Volunteer Eyecare.

 

Dr. Steven Elliott practices adult and pediatric primary eye care, comprehensive eye exams for glasses and contact lenses; surgical pre- and post-operative care for cataract and refractive surgery; and ocular disease management including glaucoma, macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, injuries and infections.

 

Knoxville eye doctor, Steven Elliott, is a member of the American Optometric Association, Tennessee Association of Optometric Physicians and East Tennessee Society of Optometric Physicians. He served as President of the East Tennessee Society of Optometric Physicians in 2013.
